November 1st, 2011 – Fidem Life launched a new Internet portal for its clients, aimed to make communications with the company faster and more convenient. Internet source “Personal account” is available at my.fidem.ua.

With help of “Personal account” Fidem Life insured can:

o    control financial information (calculations and payments, investment income, reduced and redemption sums);
o    look through main information on their insurance contracts (insured people, risks, beneficiaries);
o    change personal settings (the service is available in Ukrainian, Russian and English);
o    and pay insurance premiums (form banking receipts and pay insurance premiums on-line with help of Visa, MasterCard and Maestro cards).

Security of financial information is guaranteed by identification of every client while registration, as well as transmission of data in encrypted form.
