September 15, 2011 in Kyiv Fidem Life conducted ІІІ Annual HR-Forum, which this year was organized in a Business Branch format.

This time the event, which became traditional, was dedicated to corporate social programs and went under the name Employee Benefit Solutions from experts in life insurance Fidem Life.

Within four hours participants of the event – leading professionals in human resources management – heard presentations of cases – examples of extraordinary HR tasks and state-of-the-art solutions from Ukrainian and international speakers.

Presentations were given by Wim Moldenaers, Director Sales & Service of the leading insurance pool in the world – IGP, an exclusive representative of which in Ukraine became experts in life insurance Fidem Life, Board Member of Fidem Life Svitlana Kandyba and HR-director of Fidem Life Kateryna Koshkina.

Thanks to III HR-Forum, guests of the event got acquainted with international experience, shared by the representative of IGP pool, as well as learnt about how corporate insurance can be an effective instrument of attracting and retaining valuable employees and become an element of internal branding, which Fidem Life values a lot.
Overall, more than 40 HR directors and top managers of the leading Ukrainian and foreign corporations participated in the event, among which are PSI, UPM-Kymmene, Volvo AB, Lactis – Ukraine and Weidmann.
